Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our expanding Business Technology team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Salesforce professional with deep expertise in the Sales Cloud and related systems. As a member of our senior development and administration team, you will contribute to high-impact projects that enhance sales operations and align with critical company objectives.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • Build and support solutions on Salesforce.com platform, including declarative tools and development in Force.com, object-oriented programming (OOP), async processes, Lightning LWC, Apex, Web Services, and APIs.
  • Provide Sales Cloud technical expertise on implementations and production support.
  • Identify gaps between business needs and standard CRM application functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and fix complex defects for planned releases and production issues.
  • Support cross-systems and related integrations involving Salesforce and other integrated systems (ex. Mulesoft) 
  • Apply SFDC best practices and guidelines to enhance system productivity, scaling, and monitoring.
  • Participate in all the Agile ceremonies for the successful completion of the sprint.

Competencies

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce development, with 4+ years specifically in Sales Cloud
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce Flow, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components, Web Services, and Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData). Familiarity with development tools like Sublime, Git, IntelliJ, or Visual Studio Code.
  • Salesforce Expertise: In-depth technical knowledge of Salesforce.com platform capabilities, functionalities, and limitations, particularly governor limits and best practices.

DevOps Expertise: Usage of tools like Gearset, AutoRabit, and Copado

  • Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, learners mindset, self-motivated, and a dedicated team player with outstanding interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate business requirements and interact effectively with stakeholders.

Project Experience: Proven track record in analyzing, designing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce implementations.

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

Draper UT pay range

$131,900 - $158,300 USD
