WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Box Forms - our enterprise product enabling businesses to create and manage Form-based workflows at scale. As a key member of the product management team, you will collaborate closely with different functions across the organization, ensure a world-class customer experience, and 10x adoption.
The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, data-driven, and skilled at navigating technical and non-technical complexities of enterprise software. You will lead the evolution of our Forms product to meet the demands of modern-day enterprise workflows, compliance requirements, and integrations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Box Forms.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from idea to launch, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other business functions to deliver high quality features.
- Be the voice of the customer within Box, advocating for user need driven development.
- Track key metrics (e.g. adoption) to measure product success and drive continuous enhancements.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to define GTM strategies, positioning, and messaging.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and emerging trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of product management experience with experience building products from conception through launch and scaling it from 1 to 10.
- 2+ years preparing and presenting product strategy and roadmaps to senior executives.
- Experience as a product owner; leading and launching products.
- Experience in working environment, balancing the needs of multiple personas (e.g. enterprise buyers, administrators, and end users).
- Capable of leading and motivating a team of engineers in a challenging, dynamic and global environment.
- Must speak English proficiently.
Preferred Requirements
- MBA
- Experience building or working with modern low-code workflow or document-centric workflow applications or Forms solutions.
Box lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture. Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
