Clara, a leading corporate payment management company in Latin America, is seeking a Senior Art Director to join our global design team and drive our brand forward in the Latin American market. For this role, we're looking for a highly strategic, detail-oriented, and multi-skilled individual with a deep understanding of visual design, user experience, user interface design, branding, and even coding.
What You'll Do:
- Create and Innovate: Conceive and execute impactful visual campaigns across various formats, from key visuals and visual identities to interactive experiences and events, with meticulous attention to design execution from concept to delivery.
- Lead and Inspire: Manage projects with external vendors, mentor the team, and elevate the quality standards of creative deliverables.
- Evolve the Brand: Develop and maintain Clara's visual identity, ensuring its relevance and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with diverse stakeholders, presenting your ideas clearly and persuasively. Participate in all project phases, from strategy to launch and optimization.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends in the advertising industry and apply best practices to your projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Solid Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in design, with a focus on advertising and art direction.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, video editing software, motion graphics, and animation.
- Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and propose creative and impactful solutions.
- Leadership and Communication: Skill in leading projects, inspiring the team, and communicating effectively.
- Strategic Vision: Understanding of the business and ability to align creative deliverables with the company's strategic objectives.
- Fluency in English: Essential for communication with the global team.
- Portfolio: Presentation of previous work that demonstrates your expertise and style.
- Problem-Solving: Ability and desire to tackle complex product design challenges and employ strategic thinking to deliver top-tier solutions.
- Execution Excellence: Impeccable execution and attention to all aspects of design, from conceptual thinking to motion and visual design.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to synthesize and present findings, articulating design rationale clearly.
- Collaborative Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where work is shared daily.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in UI/UX design.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
