What you'll do
We're looking for a CRM Analyst - Sales Operations to elevate the effectiveness and strategic value of our sales organization in Brazil. You'll partner closely with local Sales and Revenue Operations leadership to ensure Hubspot and related tools enable smart, automated, and data-driven decision-making. You'll own core CRM processes, improve data hygiene and workflows, and surface actionable insights that improve productivity across the funnel.

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves

Working proficiency in English and Portuguese

2+ years experience working with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce

Experience supporting go-to-market or sales teams

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Proficiency with Google Sheets and data visualization tools like Metabase

Experience with process improvement and automation tools such as N8N
Nice to haves

Basic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to learn it

Familiarity with Amplemarket or sales enablement tools

Experience working in high-growth SaaS or fintech environments

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home.
