Mobile Product Manager

Objective

  • Lead the success of our mobile products by defining clear strategies, prioritizing features, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the roadmap and strategy for mobile product development, managing end-to-end processes from concept through launch in both iOS and Android.
  • Serve as the primary stakeholder and authority for mobile product vision, business strategy, and feature prioritization.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics teams to translate product vision into tangible prototypes and high-quality user experiences.
  • Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospective sessions, ensuring timely delivery of mobile product increments.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback and data insights, adjusting development plans proactively to enhance product performance and adoption.
  • Actively represent and advocate for the voice of the customer throughout all stages of mobile development.
  • Uphold rigorous standards for product reliability, usability, performance, and quality assurance.

Technical Skills

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically focused on mobile applications both iOS and Android.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full product lifecycles, particularly within startup or high-growth environments.
  • Strong ownership mindset with proven capability to take mobile products from concept to launch successfully.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Passionate about creating innovative, user-centric mobile experiences.
  • Skilled in identifying business challenges or mobile product issues, proposing creative and viable solutions.
  • Deep understanding of mobile technologies (iOS, Android), app architecture, UX/UI principles, and service operations at scale.
  • Experience testing, building, and iterating mobile products using AI-driven tools such as Lovable, Bolt, or n8n.
  • Ability to clearly communicate product vision, technical concepts, roadmaps, and feature specifications to diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with structured, clear communication skills (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Based remotely in LATAM region.
