What you’ll do
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be the first point of contact with potential partners — the spark that kicks off their journey with CloudKitchens.

Build meaningful relationships with a portfolio of customers and guide them through onboarding

Lead the charge in outreach via phone, email, and face-to-face with SME and Mid-Market companies in Cuisine, Food Manufacturing, Food Processing, and Food Prep sectors

Own the first 180 side of sales cycle — work closely with the AEs to build perfect meetings

Discover each client’s pain points and tailor value-driven solutions using CloudKitchens’ unique model

Book qualified meetings and set the sales process up for success

Get to know each client’s business priorities and growth goals — and show them how CloudKitchens can help them scale

Reignite cold leads, build CRM intelligence, and lead nurturing campaigns
What We’re Looking For

1–2 years experience in lead generation, SDR/BDR, or inside sales roles

Fluent in Spanish & English — written and spoken

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field

Experience selling to the restaurant, F&B, or food services industry

Exceptional communicator — you’re confident, persuasive, and great at asking the right questions

Curious, consultative, and data-driven in your sales approach

A team player who loves collaborating across functions

Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment

Background in commercial real estate sales

This role is based in our Madrid office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation.
