Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for problem-solving and innovation? We're looking for an IT Specialist II to support our growing team with day-to-day operations, project implementation, and user support in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets via Slack and internal portals
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (Mac and Windows OS)
• Administer tools like Google Workspace, O365, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom
• Provide onboarding/offboarding IT support and manage IT assets
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.)
• Support AV systems and Zoom Room setups
• Document IT processes and maintain internal knowledge bases
• Lead or contribute to small to medium-scale IT projects
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 4–8 years of relevant IT support experience
• Experience in SaaS, E-commerce, Tech, or fast-scaling global companies
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with ServiceDesk support processes and project coordination
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to other office locations as needed

This role is based in our Makati City office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation.
