Account Manager (Finance & Operations focus), Bogota - Cloudkitchens

What You’ll Do

• Review and follow up on key financial files related to European markets.
• Coordinate with local teams and internal departments to ensure the timely submission of data and feedback.
• Support operational tasks such as customer offboarding, commercial communication, and SLA monitoring.
• Follow up on invoice disputes, assist with collections, and ensure adherence to payment terms.
• Keep documentation organized and assist in the preparation of account statements.
• Take part in internal process improvement projects that enhance teamwork, efficiency, and clarity across departments.

 

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in financial operations, accounts receivable, administrative coordination, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (filters, formulas, handling large datasets).
• Excellent written and spoken English (Portuguese is a plus).
• Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to the needs and specificities of each market.
• Creative thinking and the ability to propose solutions and improvements across different areas.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with shifting priorities.
