Role: Senior Account Manager

About the role: 

You'll be the essential connective tissue between our clients and creative teams, ensuring both exceptional service and outstanding work that drives business results in partnership with a Senior Project ManagerOrchestrating fast-turnaround campaigns, always-on content, and creator-led projects across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. Working at the intersection of client needs, strategic objectives, and creative execution, you'll translate business challenges into inspiring briefs that unlock our team's best thinking. You'll keep complex, multi-stream social projects moving smoothly from brief to publish, partnering closely with creatives, content creators, social media managers, and the client's brand teams. We're looking for someone who can nurture trusted client relationships while maintaining an unwavering commitment to quality and efficiency, finding opportunities to elevate our work while meeting deadlines and budgets. Success means satisfied clients who see tangible business impact from our partnership, delivered through streamlined processes that maximize creative potential. 

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project discussions and delivery for cross-functional stakeholders (brand managers, internal teams, senior leadership) in partnership with the Senior Project Manager. 
  • Collaborate on the development of project plans and timelines that ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams 
  • Spearhead the briefing process, translating client objectives into clear creative direction and transforming client feedback into actionable guidance for creative teams 
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions on time and on budget 
  • Manage resource allocation and work intake; balance competing priorities across seven brands and escalate resourcing needs 
  • Transform client feedback into actionable guidance for creative teams 
  • Shape ongoing account plans that identify opportunities to strengthen and expand our partnership 
  • Stay ahead of client business challenges to proactively suggest solutions 
  • Deliver regular status updates and reports that demonstrate progress and results 
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships across the client's teams 
  • Drive continuous improvement in how we serve the client
  • Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, legal/regulatory standards, and platform policies. 

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • A proven track record in account management, with experience handling prestigious consumer brands.  
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-brand or multi-product social programs (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels, preferably in CPG, food & beverage, or retail) in a fast-paced environment   
  • Strategic thinking that connects client business objectives to creative solutions 
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from brief to delivery 
  • Expertise in translating client feedback into constructive direction for creative teams 
  • Experience in food and beverage, retail, or consumer packaged goods a plus 
  • A talent for building relationships at all levels within client organizations 
  • The ability to balance client service excellence with agency priorities 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Must be able to prioritize under pressure, and communicate clearly when timelines or scope shift. 
  • An eye for creative quality and attention to detail 
  • Crisis escalation and content risk management experience 
  • Agentic mindset: ability to collaborate, break down complex production challenges, identify the most efficient path, and execute systematically 
  • Social-native and trend-aware (TikTok/Reels short-form video comfort is a plus) 
  • Strong client relationships characterized by trust, transparency, and mutual respect 
  • Efficient project delivery that meets or exceeds timeline and budget expectations 
  • High-quality creative work that drives measurable business results 
  • Growth in account scope through expanded responsibilities and new initiatives 
  • Positive feedback from both clients and internal teams 
  • Smooth navigation of complex approval processes and stakeholder needs 
  • Proactive identification of challenges and opportunities 
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 USD. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
