Associate - Channel Partnerships
Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).
The Role:
As an Associate in the Channel Partnerships Operations team, you'll be at the forefront of our commitment to partner success. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our partners receive the highest level of support and service, enabling them to maximize their potential with our platform. . You’ll be closely involved during their onboarding and post-onboarding journeys, assisting them as required.

As an Associate in the Channel Partnerships Operations team, you'll be at the forefront of our commitment to partner success. You’ll be closely involved during their onboarding and post-onboarding journeys, assisting them as required.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be the go to person for our partners, assisting them and ensuring they receive timely and effective resolutions.
- Work with multiple cross-functional teams including but not limited to FinOps, Tech Support, Banking Ops, Biz-Ops, Activations, Engineering etc to unblock partner queries
- Work closely with Account managers whenever required to ensure the best experience is delivered to our partners.
- You should be able to understand the issue/problem statement, break down the problem statement to identify root cause, and liaise with cross-functional teams to drive resolution
- You will be responsible to update various forums and channels on progress of various tickets.

Mandatory Qualifications :
- Good understanding of payment processes is preferred.
- Exposure to working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, multiple stakeholder environment is a must.
- Good written and oral communication skills are a must.
- Ability to coordinate and manage cross-functional and senior stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Tool Knowledge of Freshdesk, Salesforce and Looker is preferred
- Analytical and problem solving mindset with basic excel skills
