Step into a pivotal role at Sol de Janeiro as the Manager, Global Product Marketing, Body Care. Here, you will lead the charge in shaping the future of body moisturizers, washes and other body subcategories, blending innovative marketing strategies with product excellence to deliver standout results. This is your opportunity to steer game-changing projects from conception through to commercialization, crafting consumer-first, scalable, and globally relevant go-to-market strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop comprehensive product innovation programs that define and communicate the unique benefits and claims of our body products, ensuring they resonate with a global audience.
- Strategically manage and continually refine the 3-year rolling product launch calendar, focusing on our body subcategories to deliver breakthrough innovation and compelling product propositions.
- Ideate and deliver innovation concepts that drive breakout growth based on gap analysis, performance reporting and consumer-focused data from internal and external sources.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on new innovation, including Product Development, Supply Chain, Packaging, Creative, Regulatory, and Consumer Engagement, to lead briefing processes and ensure successful product launches.
- Work with Executive Director to manage cost and margin targets to meet financial objectives of your programs and categories, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to manage all costing variables.
- Conduct rigorous analysis of category performance and make strategic recommendations to optimize the product portfolio.
- Monitor and adapt marketing strategies based on consumer feedback and market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
- Champion sustainability within the product development process, ensuring all products meet the highest environmental standards without compromising on quality.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 4+ years of current experience in global marketing in the beauty sector or CPG
- Experience in Skincare and/or Body Care category a plus
- Potent blend of strategic, creative, and analytic skills
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a trend-hunting mindset
- Positive attitude
- Experience managing & developing direct report(s)

Salary Range
$105,000 - $115,000 USD
In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
