RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Strategy & Development:
- Support brand manager and implement brand marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Share learnings with UK and Global teams
- Support brand manager with campaign updates share-out
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, boosted content, and in-store activations. Work and collaborate with brand manager to align marketing plan with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, including retailer tagging opportunities and trade
- Manage and brief external agencies - media and creative
- Collaborate with trade marketing manager and sales team to develop bespoke retailer campaigns, protecting brand equity
- Support brand manager and PR& Influencer manager on brand events
Retail & Support:
- Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales to define retailer x brand campaigns and protect brand identity. Optimise product storytelling and merchandising across online and offline retail channels.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Performance Analysis & Budget Management:
- Track, analyse, and report on key marketing metrics by campaign
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximising ROI
- Stay updated on industry trends and update wider team
- Share competitor analysis frequently
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Coordination skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proven track record in brand management 360 campaign execution, and product launches
- Experience in e-commerce and omnichannel marketing
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Passion for beauty trends and understanding of the beauty consumer market
- Experience in budget management and ROI analysis
- Collaborative team player & ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners
- Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (1-3 days per week in our Office)
