  • Work with end users of all our systems to maintain and improve the functionality of said systems
  • Control, and where possible reduce, the cost of running infrastructure and processes owned by the team
  • Work with the rest of the team to ensure that all systems are monitored, and alerting is in place

What we're looking for:

  • Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language, with an appetite for learning more (we currently have production code in Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, and Bash, as well as HTML/CSS and React)
  • Familiar with IaC - Terraform preferably, but conceptually similar systems like CloudFormation are fine too
  • Experience with cloud services (preferably AWS) particularly serverless technologies (e.g. Lambda, DynamoDB)
  • Knowledge of SQL, BI/visualisation tools, and data warehousing in general
  • A strong understanding of web technologies and building modern websites
  • Comfortable writing code that interacts with ReSTful APIs
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Apps, etc.)

Benefits:

  • Discretionary bonus opportunity
  • Hybrid Working (within Flexmodes)
  • Private Medical Insurance

  • 25 days holiday per year
  • On Site Gym
  • Subsidised Café
  • Free soft drinks
