People Analytics Analyst

What is this role? 
The People Analyst is responsible for driving high-impact initiatives related to people management in VTEX Brazil, translating data into a strategic vision to guarantee that leadership is considering all the main information, managing special projects to achieve our KPIs, keeping high performance teams, and communicating cross-functional objectives.
 
What are the strategic outcomes?
- Ensure that VTEX's desirable future guides all of the teams' actions in the present.
- Building a motivated and aligned high-performance team.
- Guarantee that the leadership is data-oriented. 
- Translate data into high-level conversations. 
- Be able to have a 360º vision of VTEX Brazil's people processes and look at our main issues as opportunities. 
- Advocate for the VTEX culture.
 

What are the readiness Conditions?
- I know how to use PowerBI;
- I love data and have a tech and math-oriented mindset and great analytical skills; 
- I havea bachelor degree in Busincess, Psychology, Engineering or related fields;
- I'm able to work through complex business structures and find efficient data-driven solutions to people-related problems;
- I use my power and influence to lead from behind.

 
What are the main responsibilities?
- Manage compensation processes, such as salary changes and Profit & Result Sharing Program;
- Prepare dashboards and presentations to translate people data into high-level decisions;
- Manage  performance review cycles; 
- Support the leadership with career planning, team changes, hiring and offboarding;
- Align Learning & Development and Culture global initiatives in VTEX Brazil structure;
- Provide support to stakelholders on all people related topics.
