Internal Communications Junior Analyst

Rio de Janeiro

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Internal Communications team plays a key role in organizing meaningful rituals that help everyone understand and connect with our business, strategy, values, and decisions. These rituals are designed to give employees a broader perspective of the company and help individuals and teams articulate how their work contributes to the results we pursue.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will help us:

  • Deliver meaningful internal rituals for employees across all levels, departments, and locations — including weekly general meetings, employee onboarding, company All Hands, and the internal broadcast of the Earnings Call;
  • Partner with colleagues from different areas to source content, craft narratives, and ensure that all shared information is clear and relevant;
  • Ensure the technical quality of all events, including audio, video, timing, and tooling;
  • Provide essential information to all new employees so they are prepared to perform at their best within their first year with us;
  • Organize rehearsals to ensure everything runs smoothly during live events, minimizing risks of technical issues;
  • Act as a guardian of knowledge management for the operations under your responsibility, ensuring consistent processes, reliable documentation, and trustworthy data;
  • Organize and monitor the onboarding journey for all new employees, ensuring a positive and impactful experience;
  • Embed our culture, values, and vision into the style and agenda of each event.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are based in Rio de Janeiro/RJ and are available to work from our Botafogo office when needed (some events are held in person);
  • Preferred experience in executive support, university recruiting, employee onboarding, or similar roles;
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and are comfortable with routine and repetitive tasks;
  • You are highly organized and disciplined, capable of managing tasks independently and meeting tight deadlines;
  • You use data and evidence to monitor the effectiveness of your work and are proficient in tools like Google Sheets and Excel;
  • You are analytical and process-driven, constantly seeking to improve operations and raise quality standards;
  • You demonstrate an institutional mindset, maintaining neutrality and representing the interests of the company and team in various forums;
  • You are fluent in both English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
