About the Role 

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Assistant Manager - Customer Success to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand Zinnov’s presence within the GCC consulting ecosystem across India.

The role involves managing key client portfolios, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving renewals and upsell opportunities, and acting as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across industries and locations. The ideal candidate will bring strong consultative selling capabilities, a deep understanding of GCC-led consulting engagements, and a collaborative approach to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do 

  • Account Ownership: Manage end-to-end relationships for assigned client accounts from onboarding to delivery, renewals, and revenue growth.
  • Client Engagement: Lead regular client interactions, presentations, and quarterly business reviews to showcase impact, insights, and future opportunities.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve quarterly revenue, renewal, and upsell targets by identifying and converting cross-sell and expansion opportunities across Zinnov’s consulting and platform offerings.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with CXOs, Business Heads, and Transformation Leaders across client organizations; act as a strategic advisor and point of escalation.
  • Delivery Partnership: Work closely with consulting, research, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.
  • Value Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to design and present tailored proposals, engagement plans, and impact narratives that reinforce Zinnov’s value.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of GCC ecosystem trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics to proactively position Zinnov as a preferred consulting partner.
  • Renewals & Retention: Lead renewal discussions by articulating delivered value, ROI, and forward-looking growth plans.
  • Client Presentations: Represent Zinnov in client meetings, forums, and reviews ,demonstrating thought leadership and a consultative approach.
  • Travel & Relationship Building: Engage with clients across India, with willingness to travel regularly for in-person meetings and account reviews.

What You Bring 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 5–8 years in Account Management / Client Success / Consulting Sales within a B2B or professional services environment.
  • Proven success in managing B2B,enterprise or GCC accounts with measurable achievements in renewals and revenue growth.
  • Regular experience in presenting to senior leaders and CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of consulting services, GCC operating models, and enterprise engagement dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel across India for client meetings and relationship building.
