About the Role
As Manager – Design, you will shape and scale Zinnov’s end-to-end brand experience across digital, social, content, video, and events. This role blends creative leadership with operational excellence—owning design and video production, driving content programs, and ensuring seamless campaign execution that elevates Zinnov’s visual identity and strengthens brand consistency across channels.
You will lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary creative team, partner closely with internal stakeholders, manage external vendors, and build scalable workflows that improve speed, quality, and impact.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team across creative design, video, tech, and production support.
- Build a culture of collaboration,high standards, and continuous improvement—balancing creativity with execution discipline.
Creative Production & Campaign Delivery
- Own the creation of high-quality brand assets: social media creatives, digital campaigns, whitepapers, infographics, event collateral, and experiential marketing materials.
- Ensure work is on-brand, on-time, and aligned to business priorities and marketing calendars.
Video & Multimedia
- Lead the video production pod—conceptualize, storyboard/script, and deliver high-quality videos across platforms.
- Improve repeatability through formats, templates, and production workflows (pre-production to post-production).
Brand Stewardship
- Safeguard and evolve Zinnov’s visual identity and brand experience across touchpoints—digital, print, and on-ground experiences.
- Build and maintain guidelines, templates, and review mechanisms to improve brand consistency at scale.
Event & Conference Creative Support
- Lead creative design and marketing operations for conferences, summits, CXO engagements, and large-scale experiential initiatives.
- Partner with events and marketing teams to deliver cohesive experiences—from identity to on-ground execution.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate briefs into crisp creative direction and outcomes.
- Manage external vendors/partners for quality, timelines, and cost efficiency; ensure smooth coordination end-to-end.
Process, Efficiency & Metrics
- Build scalable workflows, intake systems, prioritization norms, and review cadences for the creative function.
- Track output and performance metrics (turnaround time, quality, rework, delivery predictability) to improve operations.
Embracing New-Age AI Tools
- Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate design, content, and video workflows without compromising quality.
- Experiment with emerging tools (design, editing, automation, personalization) to create differentiated brand experiences.
- Champion responsible use of AI and upskill the team on future-ready creative practices.
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in marketing, creative operations, or brand management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong portfolio across design and video projects; B2B brand experience is a plus.
- Experience delivering across multiple formats/channels—digital campaigns, social, content, and events.
