About the job 

As a Global Specialist, Performance & Commercial Insights within the BEES Expansion team, you will play a key role in analyzing and generating insights about the countries that are in their digitalization journey. The BEES expansion team supports full digital transformation of the market, the implementation of the BEES platform, and the adoption of the platform by ABI’s customers in that market. 

 

What You'll Do 

  • Conduct monthly analysis and reporting of key performance metrics of countries and partners that have implemented BEES. 
  • Assess commercial measurement frameworks and generate insights to close business and performance gaps. 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee global alignment on key metrics and define best practices. 
  • Present data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization tools and reports. 
  • Be the main contact between the Expansion and Data teams, prioritizing requesting and assessing data products and deliveries. 
  • Promote implementation of project management tools to track business transformation from project kick-off, preparation, go-live and through full digital adoption. 

What You'll Bring 

  • At least 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy or performance roles. 
  • Strong English (speaking and writing) language skills. 
  • Strong commercial acumen to interpret complex business scenarios and identify what analysis should be done to generate insights. 
  • Ability to run and distill complex data analysis into simple communications. Must be comfortable translating insights into Power Point presentations. 
  • Detailed oriented. 
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and database querying languages (e.g., SQL). 
  • Project management experience is a plus.
