This role will be largely dedicated to ABInBev’s ecosystem, the biggest brewer in the world, and we work to help our costumer’s life using a range of BEES Applications.

About the Role 

The ABI Growth Group Area is seeking a talented and experienced professional, you will play a crucial role in the scalability and expansion of features across all countries and clients of our backend activation product. You will have the opportunity to ensure the quality of end-to-end delivery, working closely with our clients and internal teams responsible for the functioning of the feature. 

What you'll do 

  • Be part of a cross-functional team, directly contributing to feature development and maintenance of a global product following best development practices to achieve continuous improvement; 
  • Partner with colleagues to build and maintain tooling for test development, automation, and release processes improvement; 
  • Technical development and implementation of the BEES Marketplace expansion to multiple countries 
  • Implement new features and functionalities to enhance the user experience and increase engagement 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure the platform remains competitive 

What you'll need  

  • University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development; 
  • Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving; 
  • Experience with backend with strong skills in Java; 
  • Experience with RESTful services and micro-services; 
  • Advanced knowledge with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC) or similar; 
  • Advanced knowledge in with design patterns and development best practices; 
  • Advanced knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, regression, unit, integration, stress, test automation); 
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, etc.; 
  • Experience with Agile projects. 
  • Experience with Databases (Mongo or similar); 
  • Experience with development tools and process (GIT, Maven, Gradle); 
  • Desirable Python experience. 
  • Desirable with Queues (RabbitMQ or Kafka); 
  • Desirable with security protocols (JWT, OAUTH, etc.); 
  • Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken); 
  • Desirable communication skills in Spanish (listen and spoken).
