The role is both strategic and operational – you'll be an important part of the Growth Group’s Talent Expansion experience, ensuring outcomes support both business strategy and candidate experience, as well as current and future development needs of the Growth Groups. 

Work location: hybrid in Campinas, SP.

Business Environment 

We are a truly Global organization, and our People team reflects this, meaning you’ll be working with teams across locations countries in North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.  

What you’ll do: 

  • Deliver a candidate-focused recruitment process, providing day to day partnership to key stakeholders across multiple business areas in the ABI Growth Groups  
  • Build successful relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs. 
  • Develop a strong understanding of the labor market and business environment to develop and execute recruiting plans. 
  • Source candidates, screen resumes, run assessments, and perform in-depth interviews with candidates. 
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, and develop strong networks across the team globally, with ability to respond in a timely fashion to recruiting demands. 
  • Organize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System. 
  • Proactively seek opportunities to increase value by raising standards and championing best practices, as well as actively looking for opportunities to create value for our business. 
  • Understand and adhere to the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. 
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. 
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. 

What you’ll need 

  • Bachelor’s degree, and candidates who have shown development through work experience. 
  • Ideal candidates have at least 3 years work experience in HR. 
  • Experience sourcing and closing across a range of levels, from mid-level to senior-level roles. 
  • Experience managing candidates through an applicant tracking system. 
  • Someone who has delivered exceptional results for their company throughout their career. We are looking for people who can show that their actions have led to impact. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint  
  • Strong communication skills in English
