What you'll do:
- WhatsApp for Business Strategy Development: Design and implement WhatsApp-based communication strategies tailored to different countries, considering local preferences, cultural aspects, and business needs.
- Market Expansion: Collaborate with local teams to expand WhatsApp’s presence in different regions, ensuring the channel is leveraged effectively to engage customers and boost sales.
- Campaign Management and Optimization: Plan, execute, and monitor WhatsApp campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales. Use data and performance insights to continuously optimize campaigns for better results.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance through metrics and KPIs to measure success. Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies for optimization.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside marketing, sales, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of WhatsApp campaigns and solutions across different regions.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and smooth communication across different levels of the organization.
- Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay updated on global trends in messaging and WhatsApp for Business to continuously suggest new and innovative strategies that can be implemented in different markets.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Relevant experience working with communication, campaign management and sales enablement strategies.
- Advanced skills in English, Spanish is highly desirable.
- Expertise in WhatsApp for Business, including campaign creation, customer engagement, and sales integration.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and suggest actionable improvements.
- Ability to tailor communication strategies to different regional markets, understanding cultural and business nuances.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in tracking and analyzing KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Strong communication skills.

- Familiarity with global market trends and the ability to innovate in using WhatsApp to expand business reach.
