As a Product Manager in the BEES - Cart & Checkout, you will play a key role in shaping the direction and success of our shopping journey. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance customer experience and meet business objectives. This role demands a thorough understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, along with outstanding communication and leadership skills.
What you'll do:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, considering front-end and back-end components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Create clear and actionable product specifications, understanding the business objectives, initiatives, and expected outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our products innovative and competitive.
What you'll need:
- Background in product management methodologies, preferably with experience in e-commerce.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, focusing on front-end and back-end projects.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Passion for creating user-centric products and a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced English is crucial, as you may need to present at meetings with speakers who do not speak Portuguese.
