About the job  

We are excited to help new global partners unlock our platform’s full potential by digitizing their sales process and leveraging their existing route to market. To do this, we are expanding the BEES team in APAC, setting up an Implementation hub in Hong Kong to work on-the-ground with our partners on a daily basis.  

 

Reporting directly into the Partner Implementation lead, the Implementation Specialist will execute across active partner transformations and product deployments. 

 

What you'll do:  

• You will drive operational and functional excellence across end-to-end transformations for 2-3 partner countries on roadmap
• Responsible for pillar-specific BEES Technology deployment for 2-3 partnership countries in the Zone (regional markets)
• Consult with and support Implementation Leads and execute SOPs (standard operating procedure) set forth for relevant pillar(s)
• Gather requirements from Partners, and escalate/prioritize actions within team framework and processes
• In preparation for key meetings and milestones, generate information and insights from data sets and identifying trends and patterns
• Execute pillar-specific transformation playbook(s) alongside Partner commercial implementation team for countries in scope
• Responsible to execute implementation SOPs alongside partner commercial pillar leadership for countries in scope
• Track and deliver budget specific to pillar transformation

 

What you'll bring:

• 2-3 years of experience driving functional and operational excellence within frontline, digital services, customer success, data, or technology
• Strong project management skillsets, with experience making data-driven decisions
• A client-partnership mindset and experience working cross-functionally across different areas of the business
• Global experience is a plus
