About the Role
The Frontline & CXC Specialist will report to the Frontline & CXC Director. The role will help the partners (external clients) by developing, facilitating, and supervising digital transformation process, guaranteeing that all frontline teams are set for success to support the digital transformation. Interacting with both external and internal stakeholders to capture needs and align improvements is a recurrent activity on this role. The Specialist will assess the needs of each partner, coordinate improvements with the product and business teams. Moreover, they will be responsible for data analysis to pro-actively identify mistakes and opportunities regarding Frontline & CXC transformation.
What you'll do
- Responsible for guaranteeing process adherence accordingly to the playbook for Frontline & CXC Transformation
- Relationship with the partners to ensure process transformation and alignment towards digitalization.
- Communicate constantly with Sales Teams and Distributors regarding digitalization performance.
- Constantly travel to countries in APAC to assess and guaranteeing process adherence.
- Alignment with internal tech stakeholders to address improvements/needs required by the partner.
- Extract and analyze data to create insights, track results and look for opportunities in Frontline & CXC transformation.
- Create and execute pilots to prove business cases.
- Create strong presentations to influence internal & external stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategical decisions.
- Ability to learn new methodologies, adapt to business needs, and to prioritize business goals
- Continually search for new analytical use cases to further improve the business and product strategy and execute on them.
- End-to-end responsible for Frontline & CXC: Process and Product (BEES FORCE, BEES GROW & BEES CARE)
What you'll need
- Proficiency in English

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a quantitative analysis role, ideally someone with trade or field exposure
