Opportunity: 

The Sales Strategy and Performance area reports to the Global Sales Head, this function oversees the Global Sales team planning, agenda, visibility, performance and strategy around all financial processes. The Global Sales area is comprised of Key Accounts, Nonalcoholic Beverages, ABI International and Business Optimization functions. The Strategy & Performance team plays a key role in driving the performance and strategy of all these areas, collaboration with stakeholders both globally and within individual country teams

Role Summary: 

In this role, you will directly support the Global Dir. Strategy & Performance to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly while helping shape the strategy for the Sales & Distribution team. You will also work closely with the Global Head of Sales and other senior leaders to develop and implement ABI’s strategy. A critical aspect of this position involves managing complex data reporting, cultivating leadership relationships across 15+ countries, and developing executive presentations. Additionally, you will own the development of both long-term and short-term strategic plans, including setting team priorities and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Growth League: this will be the main responsibility of this role, leading the global commercial excellence program which drives performance in every country, challenging and ranking them to deliver best in class results. This role will oversee ensuring the tracking, and all processes related to the Growth League are in place and executed with a high level of excellence. This role will own the global presentations for the results showcasing.
  • Australia P&L: This is a separate P&L we own globally given the commercial agreement in place, and this role will oversee making sure the budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis is in place and well managed
  • 10YP Sale and NABEV: This role will oversee working and leading the 10YP process for our functional areas
  • Business Cycle NABEV and ABI: This role will oversee leading the annual one-year plan cycle with all global stakeholders
  • Fiscal Budget Management: Collaborate with Finance to build, track, and update the annual budget, ensuring proper management of budget spending for strategic initiatives

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. 
  • Experience: 7–11 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or management consulting. Must have a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and managing performance reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical skills for building data models and presenting insights. 
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of performance levers that impact financial statements and the ability to apply this knowledge to business strategy and decision-making. 
  • Communication & Organizational Skills: Exceptional communication, follow-up, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Data Visualization: Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization software to create impactful reports and dashboards.

Salary: $157.000 - $196.000
