We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of comprehensive test strategies (functional, non-functional, regression, integration, performance, security, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain detailed and efficient test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
  • Implement and manage automated tests for APIs, web, and/or mobile applications.
  • Perform exploratory and risk-based manual testing when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other teams to understand requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track defects clearly and concisely, working with development teams to resolve them.
  • Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in QA and test automation.

What you'll need:

  • University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development.
  • Intermediate English with a focus on understanding meetings and technical readings.
  • Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and principles.
  • Hands-on experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright for web; Appium for mobile; Postman, Rest Assured for API).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#) for test automation.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and how to integrate automated tests into the pipeline.
  • Analytical skills to identify failures, root causes, and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with BDD/TDD methodologies.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Experience with testing in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
