We are seeking a Tech Projects Specialist to join our team and contribute to project and vendor management, financial control, automation, team organization, and communication with leaders and partner areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendors, monitoring blueprints, consolidating performance indicators, and supporting various operational and strategic activities.

What you'll do:

  • Manage License and Infrastructure (L&I) vendors, ensuring payment, efficiency, and compliance with the provided services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on blueprints to various stakeholders, ensuring clarity and project understanding.
  • Maintain and update project financial controls, guaranteeing accuracy and transparency in financial and structural data.
  • Consolidate and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for projects and teams, providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Manage closures related to travel and License & Infrastructure (L&I).
  • Support the monthly validation of third-party (3PD) processes and data.
  • Develop and implement automations to optimize processes and increase operational efficiency.
  • Open and manage purchase orders within the financial system.
  • Create and maintain management dashboards, providing clear and accurate visualizations for leadership.
  • Organize information and processes, facilitating analysis and communication.
  • Maintain effective communication with the leadership group to ensure alignment and collaboration on projects.
  • Map and review team and project processes, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing changes.
  • Assist with registering new vendors, reviewing, and renewing contracts to ensure compliance and service continuity.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with partner areas such as People, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Provide support in creating and reviewing various materials as needed.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with Finance, Procurement, and People teams, contributing to alignment and action execution.
  • Validate and submit Workday data to People, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.

What you'll need:

  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Organized and proactive profile
  • Previous experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge of tools such as Capacity tool, financial systems, and automation platforms
  • Analytical skills and time management
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Experience in project management and financial control
  • Familiarity with contract review processes and organizational structures
