Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a domain expert, providing strategic guidance on process optimization and business analysis methodologies.
  • Develop and implement process frameworks, standards, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Resolve cross-functional business process issues creatively, leveraging extensive experience and company objectives.
  • Architect and lead end-to-end solution design, ensuring alignment with business, technical, and operational needs.
  • Manage complex projects, including resource allocation, risk management, and technical requirements gathering.
  • Influence and guide senior stakeholders to support and execute business initiatives.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business management or related field preferred 
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in technical product management, Salesforce analysis, consulting, or internal tool development
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce, including configurations, workflows, and customization opportunities. Certified Salesforce Administrator (201) preferred. 
  • Skilled in contributing new ideas and adding value in brainstorming sessions, backed by a strong understanding of the marketplace and competitors. Proactive in raising concerns and mitigating potential blockers before they impact progress.
  • Proficient in leading discussions with stakeholders, providing project updates, and addressing expected outcomes.
  • Deep technical understanding of system functions and integration between systems. Expertise in identifying root causes of complex technical problems and writing advanced technical requirements.
  • Strong customer focus, understanding customer needs and using this insight to influence team and project goals.
  • Aligns team and project objectives with overall business goals and advocates for measurable technical outcomes.
  • Experience in the Fintech industry is preferred

The estimated salary  range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role.  Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range

$146,500 - $175,800 USD
