Purpose of Position

We are looking for a learning-addicted, well-organized and detail-minded Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion in maximizing his/ her own learning outcomes during the internship. He/ She will also be the support to the team in meeting and exceeding management expectations over business priorities.

Job Description

Full spectrum of support in HR Operation (Talent Acquisition Focus)
Responsible for recruitment activities including but not limited to arranging interviews, preparing employment contract, addendums and off-boarding support
Performing HR clerical and administrative duties ie. work visas, and keeping the staff database up-to-date
Coordinates with new staffs’ onboarding arrangements
Work closely with the teams and gather interview feedback
Undertake other HR initiatives and projects where required

Requirement

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or relevant disciplines
Related internship experience as an advantage
Fluent in English and Chinese Proficient in especially Mac/ iOS application will be a plus
A good team player with strong sense of responsibility as well as strong communication skills
Willing to learn, multitasking and able to work well under pressure with tight timeline
Mature, good interpersonal and presentation skills
