Purpose of Position

CASETiFY is a leading global lifestyle brand specializing in customizable tech accessories. As industry leaders in trend forecasting and community-driven creativity, we are committed to protecting what matters most to our customers. The Global Head of Retail will spearhead our global store development strategy, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality retail experience across all locations. This role will focus on creating robust structures, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency and effectiveness in store development and operations.

Job Description

Strategic Vision
Develop and implement a comprehensive global store expansion strategy that aligns with CASETiFY’s objectives and brand image. This strategy should also reflect evolving customer expectations and market trends.

Operational Oversight
Lead all aspects of global store development, including design, construction, procurement, and real estate management. Oversee cross-functional teams and external consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Standardization and Efficiency
Create and establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for store development and operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all regions. Regularly review and refine these processes to optimize performance and adaptability.

Innovation and Design
Drive the evolution of store design concepts by integrating innovative trends that enhance the in-store experience and customer journey. Collaborate with design teams to create model-store concepts that can be adapted for various formats.

Collaboration and Alignment
Work closely with retail operations, finance, and other departments to align strategies, optimize CAPEX estimates, and ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.

Documentation and Standards
Develop comprehensive project documentation, including design concept books, and uphold standards that ensure excellence and consistency across all initiatives. Maintain detailed records of project timelines and budgets.

Leadership Excellence
Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement within the store development and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience in global store and retail development is a must, with a minimum of 5 years at a strategic or management level, ideally in retail or consumer products.
  • Proven experience in multi-store management and store openings, with a strong background in global market expansion.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects, prioritizing tasks effectively, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of overseeing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and intricate timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with key international markets and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • A strong track record of building and developing high-performing teams, committed to coaching and empowering future leaders.
