Purpose of Position

CASETiFY is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate Product Designer (Graphic) to join our team. You will be a part of the leads in CASETiFY’s product design and innovation to drive the company’s product portfolio growth and expansion.

Job Description

Conceptualize and design packaging concepts under the guidance of senior designer
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing
Research trends, analyze competitors, and keep up with regulations
Produce design deliverables like illustrations, photo-realistic visual mockups, die-line layouts, and physical mockups.
Develop Inspiring Designs Aligned with Brand & Marketing
Design and develop digital and print assets of product launch materials, user guides, and other promotional content.
Assist Senior Designers with preparing presentations
Assist with the packaging production process
Maintain organization of design files, assets, documentation
Continuously develop hard and soft skills through self-learning

Requirement

3+ years of experience in design or packaging design experience. Candidate with less experience would be consider for a junior position
Bachelor's Degree or above in Product/Graphic/Industrial Design, or related discipline
Demonstrated packaging-related graphic design and illustration skills
Detailed knowledge of branding, printing, graphic design layout principles, and structural packaging design fundamentals
Strong proficiency with design software packages, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Dimension (knowledge to other packaging-related software is a plus)
Excellent planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills to ensure key deadlines are met
Strong attention to details
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
Organized and basic project management
