Senior Performance Marketing Associate (Based in Hong Kong/ Seoul)

Purpose of Position

• We are looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate Senior Performance Marketing Associate - KR, directly reporting to the KR Marketing Manager, to join our team. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be detail-oriented. He/She must be a self-starter and a team player with the ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity and work towards scalability and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of multi-channel performance marketing activities, inclusive of local search and display channels and other digital apps
• Monitor the daily / weekly / monthly performance of each marketing channel, including customer KPI’s and ad efficiency
• Analyze performance data, identify the potential, forecast upcoming risk, and proactively suggest action plans.
• Manage and build good relationships with cross-functional teams (Web, Creatives, Project Management, etc.), media agency and vendors
• Track campaign budget and optimize spending allocation by aligning with business objectives, especially ROI
• Manage ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

• University degree
• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with demonstrated experience in KR digital channels such as Naver, Kakao and/or prior e-commerce or agency experience
• Highly analytical and well-structured in problem solving and presentation
• Proficient in using analytics and marketing automation tools, e.g. Google Analytics
• Ability to work under pressure, quickly adapt, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Korean & English 
• Entrepreneurial mindset & self-motivated
