C. Job Description

Assist Area Manager to manage store staff to guide and motivate them to drive sales and have
meaningful outcomes
Assist Area Manager to build a strong store team for expansion in KR market
Coordinate with HR for frontline sales staff hiring and onboarding
Ensure communication material for store staff and ensure key brand message is reflected across store staff
Ensure all store staff including both front line sales staff & store managerial level staff are “on brand” to deliver Casetify’s core value to the customers
Support in day-to-day execution tasks
Follow up ad hoc projects or assignments as required

D. Requirement

5+ years of experience. Preferably in fashion, sports, watch, technology, or accessories
business
Native Korean & Business English is mandatory
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Good PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team player, motivator, organizer, outgoing and friendly, hardworking, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
Willing to travel to each store on a regular basis
