CASETiFY is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and passionate Senior Marketing Associate, to join our team. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment and be detail-oriented. They must be a self-starter and a team player with the ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity to create procedures that increase efficiencies, scalability and effectiveness.

[This Senior Marketing Associate, Australia Market position would be Hong Kong HQ based]

Job Description

Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns
Manage the social media account (Instagram & Facebook) including creating assets, sourcing assets and writing compelling copy that fits the brand tone of voice
Identify local brands or artists for joint promotion
Perform Influencer research and pitching in the market
Liaise internally with different departments and external agencies to meet set business target
Manage influencer reports and trackers
Support in managing PR agency to meet required KPI
Handle ad-hoc reports and assigned projects

Requirement

Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
Market experience in Australia a must
2-3 solid experience in managing social media and influencer marketing
Passionate about technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, and be part of a growing team
Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
Data-driven, organized and detail-oriented
Strong in aesthetic sense and basic knowledge in design software such as Photoshop, Canvas and Capcut
