Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Management Specialist to create, manage, and optimize user-focused support content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, troubleshooting, and leveraging AI tools to enhance content quality and efficiency. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent writing, editing, and technical skills who can work collaboratively in an Agile environment. Candidate should have 1-2 years of experience and focus on documentation and writing of articles, energetic and eager to learn with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, organize, and maintain high-quality support content that is clear, engaging, and user focused.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in content by adhering to style guides and best practices.
- Utilize HTML and CSS knowledge to format and structure content effectively.
- Explore and implement AI-driven tools to improve content creation, management, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support, product teams, and developers, to ensure content aligns with business and user needs.
- Maintain and enhance knowledge management systems, including ServiceNow CMS.
- Apply Agile methodologies to streamline content development processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in writing creative, simple, and user-focused support content.
- 1+ years of professional technical troubleshooting expertise on operating systems (Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, following a structured style guide.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with exploring AI tools to improve content and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in writing support-related content.
- 1+ years of professional technical troubleshooting expertise.
- Knowledge and experience with Agile practices.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Content Management System.
- Strong communication and strategic planning skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.
