Human Resources Associate (External Agency Staff)
As a member of our HR Business Partner team, you will have an immediate impact on the NFL employee experience by supporting HR initiatives for various departments across the League. You will help to manage workforce communications, create content for the NFL’s internal workforce website, support special projects across the team, and assist with streamlining annual HR processes. You will be supporting multiple HR leaders on their individual initiatives and needs. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the HR Business Partner team, maintaining consistent communication and organization.
- Manage and analyze data across multiple HR platforms including Oracle, Employee Reward Programs, Mentoring Platforms, and League Dashboards.
- Process HR transactions including new job posting requests and separation agreements.
- Own workforce communications for all staff including company-wide notices, calendar invites, benefit updates, and DEI programming.
- Manage internal workforce website to update with relevant posts for staff.
- Own scheduling responsibilities to bring together department stakeholders during key points of annual HR processes.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Finance, Compliance, Security, and IT.
- Support special projects within the HR department, from tactical to strategic. These may include town halls, corporate events, and cross functional projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or a similar role. HR Business Partner experience preferred
- Project management experience
- Graphic/design experience, particularly working in Canva

Terms / Expected Hours of Work
NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week. This position is FLSA non-exempt and may require overtime as needed.
This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL’s third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.
Salary / Pay Range
This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
Salary
$28 - $30 USD
