Senior Manager, Media Account Partnerships, DACH
The NFL seeks a Senior Manager to oversee media account partnerships across the DACH region. This person will be responsible for managing and executing League media partnership agreements, focusing on day-to-day partner interactions, content, strategy, planning, and execution, to maximize the NFL audience across the various League broadcast and media partners.
The position requires strong collaboration across internal teams to support partner initiatives. The ideal candidate will have broadcast and content experience, strong strategic and analytical skills, and a track record of successful execution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day account management of all media partners in market (broadcast, clips, radio), ensuring contractual obligations are being fulfilled, monitoring broadcast output, and working closely with media partners to improve their coverage
- Oversee broadcaster marketing and promotion of the NFL’s live game coverage across media platforms, collaborating with media partners to drive tune-in and grow audience
- In collaboration with the D&A team, support on broadcast audience data collection and analysis, review weekly live audience viewership reports through the lens of local market dynamics, and provide strategic direction to broadcasters each week to make improvements to output and drive tune-in
- Work with broadcaster partners to define and optimize their NFL content strategy for live games and non-live content, including game selection, selection of on-screen talent and development of on-live content formats to maximize audience, better educate, and grow fandom in the market
- Manage approvals for broadcasters’ marketing assets and advertising packages/sponsorship integrations
- Ensure broadcaster adherence to agreed partnership terms (e.g., distribution, NFL broadcaster policies)
- Support local broadcasters onsite for live game productions (e.g., International Games or US), providing chaperoning support in venue and ensuring support and collaboration of NFL central teams/ clubs
- Support the central International Media Team on local insights and identify new partnerships, including:
- Providing local insight and context on the media market landscape e.g., industry, main players/sports, consumption trends
- Support on media strategy focusing on fandom growth, including supporting with identifying additional partners for broader NFL content accessibility (e.g., radio, clips syndication to the biggest publishers/ news platforms)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sports, media, consultancy, or agency
- Experience working on media partnerships that are global and/or are heavily activated in territories outside the US
Preferred Qualifications
- Media rights background (ideally in the world of sports)
- Client management experience

Terms / Expected Hours of Work
- NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week.
- Role will require overtime
- Some weekend and global travel required for hosting clients
