Role: Web Marketing Manager 

Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

 

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM:  

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Website Manager to partner with the marketing team within our client’s Healthcare division. This role will be critical in ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and SEO ranking while leading our upcoming website migration. The Website Marketing Manager will oversee daily operations, maintenance, and strategic development of our client's website. You will leverage strong technical expertise to drive continuous improvements and enhancements. 

 

Reporting to the Head of Attendance Marketing, this role requires proficiency in publishing website content, ensuring quality control, and maintaining brand consistency. You will be part of a team of more than 12 and will collaborate closely with a larger marketing team of over 30 members to convert audiences into event attendees, increase ticket revenue, and enhance attendee quality. Your main responsibilities will include meeting specific KPI targets such as generating leads through the website and liaising closely with our client's SEO agency. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 

  • Oversee daily website operations, ensuring seamless, high-performing, and user-friendly experiences. 
  • Plan, lead, and execute all aspects of the website migration project with minimal downtime and data integrity. 
  • Set up landing pages, create forms, and update content, ensuring SEO compliance and digital campaign tagging. 
  • Manage project updates and coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and align with business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with IT, design, and marketing teams for new features, integrations, and enhancements. 

WHAT IS REQUIRED: 

  • Proven experience in managing complex websites and successful website migration projects. 
  • Expertise in content management systems (especially Adobe Experience Manager). 
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO best practices, and website performance optimisation. 
  • Strong technical skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web hosting/server administration. 
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other analytics tools. 
  • Ability to project manage tasks, handle multiple projects, and manage stakeholder expectations. 
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors. 
  • Familiarity with WCAG and GDPR compliance practices. 

WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE: 

  • Confident working autonomously and managing 3rd party agencies. 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and spoken. 
  • Ability to integrate with a client-side team while maintaining a digital agency service approach. 
  • Experience in the Healthcare sector is a benefit; B2B experience is a must. 
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in a related field in a similar role.
