Jr. Project Analyst
About the Role
In this role, you will have the autonomy to develop and expand one of our global people development initiatives: the Digital Commerce Specialist Program. Your responsibility will be to support the project from recruitment to ongoing program management. This role will require skills in organization, communication, and data analysis, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. In this role, you will:
- Organize and facilitate the hiring process for the DCS program, ensuring alignment with our objectives;
- Track the initiative's performance through data collection and analysis;
- Guarantee a good experience for program participants;
- Be responsible for the class schedule, teacher support, and learning experience of program.
About the Team
You will be part of the Learning & Development team of VTEX. We are a cross-functional team that plays a fundamental role in the continued development of VTEX ecosystem and collaborators. Who you are
- Bold, curious and interested in learning.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) field.
- A data-driven mindset (experience with data analysis, such as Power BI, will be considered an advantage).
- Experience in Human Resources, Talent or L&D roles will be valuable;
- Digital commerce and/or technology knowledge is a strong differentiator.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
