Procurement Jr. Analyst
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Junior Procurement Analyst, you will work closely with the procurement team, leveraging your expertise in procurement to support and enhance various procurement activities within the organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1-2 years of experience in procurement to contribute to the success of the company's procurement function. You will be responsible for leading and supporting vendor management, sourcing activities, contract administration, and data analysis.

WHO YOU ARE
As a Junior Procurement Analyst, you should have:
- Basic Knowledge of Procurement Processes: Understanding the basic concepts of procurement, including the procurement lifecycle, sourcing, and supplier management.
- Basic Negotiation Skills: Initial knowledge of negotiation techniques to support contract negotiations and achieve favorable terms.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (including pivot table usage).
- Advanced English (required): Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
- Spanish language skills are an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- Effective communication.
- Analytical mindset to handle documentation, data analysis, and providing decision-making support.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and fast-paced procurement environments.
