Billing Operations Analyst
About the Role
As a Billing Operations Analyst, you will join our Customer Growth team at Weni by VTEX , a business unit of VTEX. You will be responsible for ensuring the financial and operational efficiency of the Weni platform by managing accurate customer billing, overseeing active and inactive contracts, and controlling operational costs with a focus on optimization and performance.
What you will do
- Ensure accurate and timely billing for all Weni clients;
- Conduct regular audits to identify active accounts without a valid contract;
- Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve contractual issues;
- Monitor and analyze operational costs, identifying opportunities for optimization;
- Develop periodic reports with insights and proposals for financial and operational improvements;
- Support the development of automated billing and contractual compliance processes.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of variable compensation calculations based on billed contracts.
Who you are
- Experienced in Billing, Revenue Assurance, Financial Operations, or similar areas.
- Familiar with SaaS platforms and related technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to propose practical and efficient solutions to operational challenges.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for financial analysis and management reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience with process automation.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
