WHY BOX NEEDS YOU 

The Product team at Box plays a very critical role to develop and execute on our product strategy in close partnership with our Engineering and Go-to-Market organizations. As a Product Management Intern, you'll be embedded as a member of the Product Team, partnering with product leaders in determining product strategy, as well as helping to define the product roadmap for the future of Box.

This role is a great opportunity for a creative thinker, looking for an inside and cross-functional perspective of how supporting functions serve critical roles within an innovation-focused technology company. We have a fast-paced startup environment where collaborating across various teams is expected. Along with the rest of the product team, you will present your findings to product managers and product leaders to discuss strategy and present results. We are looking for someone with a passion for solving ambiguous problems, optimizing processes, and scaling businesses using analytical and general management skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Partner with our product leaders and create a compelling vision and product strategy
  • Work on core product features that have direct user impact
  • Have numerous opportunities to present your ideas and own outcomes
  • Collect whatever data is necessary to inform product decisions

WHO YOU ARE 

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university, graduating (your expected graduation date is before September 2026)
  • Currently based in Warsaw 
  • Familiarity and interest in the discipline of Product Management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
  • Desire to absorb complex subjects and distill in to an easily digestible form for other team members 
  • Above all, we're looking for someone who's creative and has a can-do attitude, a lot of grit, and is looking to make an impact
  • Nice-to-have skills:
    • In-house experience driving strategy and growth at a SaaS-based Enterprise-focused organization
    • Previous Computer Science or technical background

Percentage of Time Spent:

  • 60% - product management project work (specific to intern project work)
  • 25% - internal meetings (stand ups, weekly architecture & planning meetings, AMA’s, 1:1’s)
  • 15% - intern community events (virtual or in-person workshops & events)

Tools and methodologies we use:

Excited to learn new tools and methodologies such as:

  • Gathering customer and stakeholder feedback
  • Writing product requirements
  • Project execution using Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
  • Tools like JIRA, Tableau, and Pendo

Pay: 50 PLN per hour

 

Applications will be considered on a rolling basis until the internship is filled. The internship will be 12-weeks long, working full-time hours over the course of summer 2025 (July - September). If eligible, there is potential to convert full-time immediately following the end of your internship. 

Box lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture. Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
