CASETiFY is now hiring an Assistant E-commerce Marketplace Manager to manage the operations of our eCommerce platform.

Job Description

Manage and monitor the daily operations of the eCommerce marketplace functions.
Manage eCommerce marketplace quality control, assurance and maintenance.
Work closely with various internal and external parties, including system development team, fulfilment, 3PLs etc.
Define and implement marketplace strategy and listing optimization.
Conduct analysis of performance using multiple data sources to drive sales growth and reach sales targets.
Assist in new marketplace launch projects including working with external agencies and internal integration project.

Requirement

Bachelor in eCommerce / Business or related disciplines.
4+ years hands-on experience in eCommerce and or Amazon account management.
Solid knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, knowledge of tableau/SQL is a plus.
Data-driven approach and adaptable to change.
Good team player and able to develop overall team capabilities.
Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work fast-paced working environment.
Good command in English and Cantonese.
