Job Description

PR Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with brand goals, including budget planning and tactical execution.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer insights to refine PR strategies accordingly.

Media Relations & Communications

  • Drive media relations strategy to secure high-level placements in digital and traditional media.
  • Leverage existing media relationships and establish new connections within business, fashion, and lifestyle media.
  • Manage media inquiries, interview requests, and crisis communication when necessary.
  • Create compelling content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations.

Public Relations Execution & Monitoring

  • Oversee all public relations activities, including media outreach, press events, and brand storytelling.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report PR performance on a quarterly basis, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for media partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising to maximize brand exposure.

Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Lead and execute gifting, organic & paid seeding strategies, fostering long-term, authentic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and media.
  • Build brand trust through community engagement programs and sustainability-driven PR initiatives that strengthen relationships with consumers, key stakeholders, and media.

People Management 

  • Supervise  and mentor a PR team, overseeing press releases, media management, gifting & seeding programs, and community-building initiatives.

 

Requirement

  • 7+ years of proven working experience in public relations required
  • Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and global level
  • Strong relationships with both local and global business and industry media outlets
  • Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast, digital, and print media interviews
  • PR event/ Media(Press) Day planning experience
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills on both technical and non-technical matters
  • Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • People management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects in a demanding environment
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for business
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency and fluency in English & Korean is a must
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Keynotes, and Slides
