Finance Associate

• Liaise with the China retail team to coordinate daily store sales and received payments.

• Handle bookkeeping, payment arrangements, and cash flow management, ensuring accurate cost accounting and timely payments.

• Manage local tax matters for retail stores.

• Establish relevant local standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and coordinate financial reporting and intercompany transactions with the Hong Kong headquarters finance team.

• Assist with other projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of financial experience related to retail store operations.

• Mature, independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills.

• Detail-oriented with proficiency in Excel.
