Under the guidance of Attorney Jordan Richards, Esq., USA Employment Lawyers employs its comprehensive knowledge of employment law and delivers strategic, client-focused representation to achieve successful and timely case resolutions for employees from diverse backgrounds.

The firm’s culture centers on a results-oriented, compassionate approach that sets it apart in the legal community. Clients benefit from attentive service and creative problem-solving, with the legal team providing personalized guidance through complex litigation processes. Thousands of employees place their trust in USA Employment Lawyers to be not only their legal advocate but also their partner in justice, securing deserved compensation while navigating challenging employment issues. Professionalism, clear communication, and collaboration are valued both in the courtroom and throughout all interactions within the firm.

For a Class Action Claims Administrator, this is an opportunity to play a pivotal role at the front lines of high-impact litigation, helping workers across the country join important cases and receive the justice they deserve.

As a Class Action Claims Administrator, your work ensures every qualified class member has the opportunity to formally join the firm’s active cases. You will manage high volumes of incoming opt-ins, track their progress, and personally connect with potential clients to guide them through signing essential documents.

What you’ll do:

  • Client Follow-Up & Conversion: Monitor incoming class action submission forms and identify qualified potential class members. Call, text, and email potential clients to explain the case, answer questions, and guide them through the opt-in process. Build rapport and establish trust so clients feel confident moving forward. Persuade and motivate potential class members to complete and return forms promptly. Ensure every client interaction reflects professionalism, clarity, and compassion.
  • Administrative Tracking & Case Organization: Maintain detailed tracking of opt-ins, follow-ups, and completed forms using Excel and the firm’s case-management systems. Keep real-time records of document status, communication attempts, and client responses. Identify and escalate bottlenecks, trends, or client concerns to the legal team. Support the long-term transition toward filing signed opt-ins with the court (training provided).
  • Communication & Documentation: Draft professional, grammatically sound emails and messages to clients (AI may be used as support, but strong judgment and writing skills are required). Deliver consistent updates to attorneys and paralegals on opt-in volume, conversion status, and outstanding items. Represent the firm with professionalism in every interaction, ensuring the client experience aligns with the firm’s values.
  • Team Support & Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, intake, and the marketing team to ensure opt-ins are processed quickly and efficiently. Contribute to a fast-moving, collaborative environment with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Support a rapidly growing caseload with urgency and accuracy.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: 1–3+ years in a law firm, intake center, marketing, sales, customer service, or a client-facing administrative role. Experience as a legal assistant, case manager, or intake specialist strongly preferred. Prior work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong verbal communication and the ability to build trust quickly with potential clients. Confident phone presence and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. Excellent written communication and impeccable grammar. Proficiency with Excel and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly. High organization, accuracy, and follow-through with multiple ongoing tasks. Persuasive communication style with a client-first, ethical approach to “closing” opt-ins. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
  • Professional Attributes:  High urgency and ownership—someone who steps in immediately when cases accelerate. Compassionate, personable, and able to support clients who may be anxious or unsure. Dependable and punctual—able to work on-site daily in a collaborative environment. Solutions-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to rapid workflow growth.

Why you should work here:

  • Meaningful Impact: Your work directly supports employees seeking justice, making a real difference in people’s lives.
  • Methodical, Strategic Expansion: As the firm enters a methodical, strategic growth stage, this role offers long-term stability within a thriving national practice committed to expanding—not downsizing.
  • Collaborative Team Culture: Join a focused, dedicated team where professionalism, advocacy, and respect are foundational.
  • Stable, In‑Office Role: A full‑time, on‑site position offering structure, consistency, and opportunity within a national‑scale plaintiff firm.

Additional perks:

  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance; 401(k) matching; paid time off.
  • Location: Primarily based at Fort Lauderdale, FL.

You will join a focused, results-driven team that values professionalism, collaboration, and clear communication, engaging daily with courts, clients, and opposing counsel as a trusted representative of the firm. Through structure, organization, and an unwavering commitment to quality, you will help transform complex, nationwide cases into meaningful outcomes, strengthening USA Employment Lawyers’ mission to protect workers’ rights and secure the compensation they deserve.
