Global HR Systems Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Global HR Systems Administrator to join us on a fixed-term basis until the end of the year. In this role, you will oversee and manage HRIS systems, enhance HR processes, and support the organization with HR data and reporting needs. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring the seamless daily operation of HR systems as we transition away from Hibob to Workday.
What you will do:
- Work with a dedicated HRIS POC in regional markets to support the development and execution of HRIS strategy aligned with the organization's HR and business objectives.
- Collaborate and cross-trains with HR Leads, Talent Operations, and global business partners to ensure effective utilization of HRIS technology, sharing of best practices/opportunities, and attaining HRIS guiding principles.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintains HR metrics, reports, and executive dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to analyze HR data trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations.
- Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between HR systems and other business applications.
- Partner with all business function teams to evaluate, test, and implement new HR technology solutions. Ensure HR data integrity and security, establishing data governance practices and protocols.
- Provide support to HRIS systems on a day-to-day basis.
What you will bring:
- HiBob expertise is a must
- 2-3 years in HRIS Coordination or Administration
- Proficient use of MS Office, Google Suite
- Familiarity with Talent systems and aptitude and desire to learn more
- Project management experience through past Talent initiatives required
- Required experience working with large number of data and understand HR/ Talent Metrics
- Proficiency needed with Google and MS Office ( specifically PPT Excel), Google Suite, and highly preferred Slack
- Proven record of staying organized, proactive, and attentive to small details
- Required flexibility to work non-traditional business hours as needed for specific global projects
- Experience working across multiple time zones in North America, EMEA, and/or APAC a bonus
