Role:  Account Manager

Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Travel to High Wycombe 1 day a week)

 

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Account Manager will build strong relationships with clients at a senior level, becoming a trusted and valued advisor. You will support the Group Account Director with financial control of the account - including revenue forecasting. 

  • Own the client relationships with key Group clients 
  • Support with marketing planning
  • Demonstrate an ability to add significant value to the development of all clients’ business by generating fresh thinking and relevant new ideas, ensuring the agency is always at the forefront of all new initiatives undertaken by our clients, working with other senior members of the team to ensure exposure to the right expertise
  • Support Senior Regional Lead & dedicated regional Account Managers with regional challenges, being the link between Group and regional teams.  account to own relationships with Sales & Marketing Directors and senior Group clients,  
  • Work with Traffic Manager and dedicated Account team to prioritise jobs and ensure clients get what they need out of dedicated studio. 

 You will need to be an assured and authoritative presence in client meetings providing an insightful and point-of-view. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Working with the Group client team and the dedicated studio team to deliver required workload, ensuring all assets are to a high standard
  • Triage client briefs and challenge the client when necessary, whilst maintaining a positive relationship and ensuring we are always adding value  
  • Briefing studio and/or creative teams to deliver client requests
  • Managing creative briefing and delivery for National campaigns
  • Implementing and managing process
  • Educating the client on best practice and creative excellence  
  • Leading the appropriate F2F meetings with Group clients
  • Ensuring clients are happy and supported at all times 
  • Financial management  

 WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • Willing to travel to High Wycombe on a weekly basis (1 day a week)
  • Can demonstrate excellent account handling and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience working with retained teams/studio
  • Playing a pivotal part in the running, growth and development of the account
  • Property background & residential expertise is a bonus but not essential
