Senior Account Executive

Role: Senior Account Executive 

Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid- 2 Days a week from our London Office)

 

About the role:

Working in partnership with our client, the Senior Account Executive assists the team to deliver multiple automative campaigns. The account is TTL creative mastering, adaptation and localisation of assets Pan EU across 15+ markets, working closely with production teams and partner agencies/suppliers.

Reporting to the Senior Account Director, the Senior Account Executive is part of a team of 12. You will support and oversee day-to-day elements of the account, manage process, assets, support and lead projects.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the account, manage process, support and lead a diverse range of projects. 
  • Help manage the flow of projects through various stages from inception to completion, taking briefs, creating timelines, resource planning, managing costs/budgets, reporting and general admin. 
  • Point of contact for Pan EU clients and media agencies.  
  • Arrange and attend meetings and liaise with clients to understand their requirements. 
  • Work closely with internal departments across TV, Print, Digital and Social disciplines.  
  • Ensuring only work of the utmost quality is submitted to clients / media. 
  • Understanding and translating a media schedule to ensure all media bookings are picked up and briefed in in good time. 
  • Translating contact reports into tangible briefs. 
  • Offering creative ideas to the account team to develop exciting campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects.
  • You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Relevant degree in marketing and/or communications. 
  • Experience in a marketing agency of at least 6-12 months.  
  • Experience working as part of a team. 
  • Highly organised and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Excellent communication, listening and admin skills. 
  • Happy to join team day in the London office twice a week. 
  • A personable and professional personality that will allow you to build relationships with key colleagues at both OLIVER and the client's office.  
  • Willingness to learn and ambitious to progress quickly with a can-do attitude.  
  • Problem solvers.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently across multiple projects. 
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook – multi-tasking is a must! 
  • An eye for detail and passion for effective communication.
