Associate - Inside Sales

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

Inside Sales:

  • Building connections on LinkedIn for lead generation.
  • Responsible for outbound calls and lead generation.
  • Lead management/updating on regular basis.
  • Responsible for follow-up and Coordination with enterprise and mid market sales team for closure of leads.
  • Responsible for achieving individual targets set on monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Responsible for making daily reports/MIS & sharing with the team lead.

Email Marketing:

  • Identify target audience and grow our email list.
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
  • Ensuring mobile-friendly email templates.
  • Creating email databases for lead generation.

Experience and qualification:

  • Proven work experience of at least 2+ years in Inside sales for B2B products.
  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience in making cold/warm calls.
  • Experience working with Sales CRM too.
  • Any degree or equivalent.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
