Senior Solutions Consultant

You will be an ideal fit for our team if you 

  • Love the idea of being a technology & solutions evangelist and are excited about connecting dots and envisioning new opportunities.
  • Can manage multiple internal & external stakeholders and have productive discussions with them. 
  • Have technology consulting chops and can stitch solutions from a bouquet of features.
  • Loves working with banks, alliances and sales teams to translate business requirements into solutions and also, in tandem with product, engineering, and customer success teams to take such solutions to customers. 
  • Brings clarity and a high level of energy, with an ability to manage conflicts.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Understanding Razorpay product suite and roadmap and charting multiple offerings against stated and unstated needs.
  • Work with Razorpay’s business, product and engineering teams to create, implement and deploy proposed solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with the product and engineering team at Razorpay to understand plans and progress of product/solutions initiatives. 
  • Proactively communicate to bank product and sales teams, ensuring they are aware of changes in product delivery plans.
  • Meet with existing and prospective banks to communicate/present Razorpay’s unique value proposition during executive presentations, demonstrations, and solution discovery sessions.

Experience and skills we are looking for 

  • 5 to 8 years experience in pre-sales or technical consulting with banks, processors and/or enterprise software in a product company.
  • Must be an MBA graduate who understands technology as well.
  • Outstanding communication skills - Someone who does not let geographical distances create any communication gaps.
  • Influencing skills – Drive conversations, inspire movement and evangelize opportunity areas in the bank and Razorpay POS.
  • Prior experience at a fintech company with exposure to banks, or in the product team of a bank will be an advantage.
